Implement the library act in Manipur
The Editorial column of Naharolgi Thoudang of 3rd May 2012 highlighted the importance of Library in a society and urged Government of Manipur to implement the Library act in Manipur to bring a new culture for reading and writing habit among the youths of Manipur to bring peace and developed society.
